Defense would like to state that my client is innocent of all charges. As a second sock knit in the same fashion from a second skein resulted in almost identical results, thereby proving the genius of the dyer.

Wow those socks are really pretty now. Nice going! See I would have probably frogged the first sock upon fears of it's pooling not being good - and maybe that's why I have so few completed socks? Just shows that if a knitter has a little faith . . .
